From our management to our carers, kitchen staff, and support staff, everyone works together with one shared goal: to provide the very best care for our residents in a warm and homely environment.

Many of the staff team have worked here for several years. Our aim is to deliver efficient care in a homely familiar atmosphere. Behind the leadership is our close-knit team of carers, nurses, and support staff. Every member of the team is chosen for their professionalism, experience, and most importantly, their kindness. We provide thorough training, including dementia care and medication administration, but what truly sets our staff apart is their compassion and patience.
At Sheerwater House, we treat residents as individuals, respecting their independence, privacy, and dignity. The continuity of care provided by our long-standing staff allows strong relationships to form, helping residents feel safe, valued, and at home.
